As a learning innovator, my mission is to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by empowering individuals to take control of their learning through a practical and powerful framework of informal learning. Learning challenges are as old as our educational systems. At some point in our lives, we've all experienced these challenges. Some of us were fortunate enough to devise strategies to address gaps in our knowledge and skills, while others continue struggling to find a learning plan that will guarantee them success. I was one of the lucky ones.
